Submitting Feature Requests In The Community Forum


By Navigating to the Mex Community, it is possible for Authorised Contacts with the ZDGather tag to raise Feature Requests.

There will be a sign-in box on the page. If the Zendesk Gather Tag is associated with the user within our system, then it will be possible to sign in.



Once Signed in, it is possible to navigate to the Feature Requests Community Page:



Here, you may vote on and submit Feature Requests for the MEX 16 product. Make sure to include as much relevant information as possible, as this will assist when these items are reviewed. Including Use Cases is also a great way of ensuring we understand exactly what is being asked for within the request.
