In the MEX 16 App, it is possible to utilise "Offline Mode" to perform work while not connected to the internet. This will rely on the User syncing data to and from their device in to keep themselves and the site up to date.
To switch to Offline Mode, open the Side Menu using the three lines in the top right and select Go Offline.
After selecting, you can choose how many months of information to sync. Once the sync has been completed, you will be alerted with a pop-up and it is now possible to carry out Work that does not require access to the MEX Database.
When in Offline Mode, a sync button will appear near the top right of the screen. A number will indicate how many changes there are to be synced, and upon pressing this button it will allow a Manual Sync. Upon selection it is also able to view any pending changes. It is recommended to perform a Manual Sync in an area with consistent and good connection.
To enter Online Mode, open the Side Menu and select Go Online. This will prompt a Sync of any changes made during the time whilst offline.
