To set up your MEX App on Desktop and MEX Mobile, please first download for fee from your App/Google/Android store. Once downloaded, please click on the wifi symbol at the bottom of the screen:
To invite them to the app, login as a full user and head to either the Security Users Listing in Control Files, or click on ‘Users’ in the Prestarts desktop side module. Both will open a listing of relevant users. and pressing the ‘Invite to App’ button and you can email or text users directly as long are they set up as MEX Users (please see 'Creating a New User in MEX 15' Guide here on Knowledgebase if you haven't set them up yet):
Then enter your domain address provided. This is the browser address you use to access MEX on desktop.
From here, you/ the users can login like normal. On MEX Mobile app, there is a simple mode and a full app mode- just flick the switch at the bottom of the screen off simple mode if it is on:
NOTE: The syncing aspect of MEX Mobile is important for the app- we tend to recommend manual sync for people who work/ wish to complete work via mobile offline, and syncing back in data. Mex Mobile is the only app which allows offline use, and is the most recommended by MEX Support for general overall use and functionality, as it most closely mimics the desktop site.
