In order to have access Edit Mode (also referred to as God Mode) and the Report Designer, a user must have the permission’s of a Super Administrator. A Super Administrator is a user who does not have any Security / User Groups assigned to them, giving them full access to the MEX Application.
To observe a user’s assigned Security Groups, navigate to
- Control Files
- Security Users
- Select a user, and then select Details
- Ensure you are in the MEX User Tab of the Contact Details.
If there are no items in the Current User’s Groups section, as shown below, then the user has Super Administrator level access.
Once a user has this access, Edit Mode and Report Designer will be available via the hamburger menu in the top right.
