To uphold the highest standards of security, and ensure our team can deliver fast, accurate technical support, MEX only accepts enquiries from Authorised Contacts. By default, each organisation can nominate up to three authorised individuals to communicate directly with our support team.
Authorised Contacts are people your organisation has formally verified to act on its behalf. This process is designed to:
- Protect sensitive information by ensuring only approved personnel can request changes or access account details.
- Streamline communication, allowing our technical support team to resolve enquiries quickly and confidently, without unnecessary verification steps.
- Maintain clear accountability, with accurate records of who is managing your organisation’s technical support interactions.
When an email is sent to support@mex.com.au from an Authorised Contact, the sender will automatically receive a confirmation message containing a unique ticket number. When calling our technical support line, we will also verify the contact's details against this list.
If your organisation needs to add or update an authorised contact, it is best if an Authorised Contacts sends a email to support@mex.com.au with the following details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Preferred Email
- Preferred Contact Number (optional)
- If applicable, the name of the person being replaced
