User Portals Explained - Where to Sign In

At MEX, there are three key portals that our users may need to access. Each portal serves a different purpose, and it’s essential to know where to sign in based on your needs.

MEX User Portal

The MEX User Portal (../../UserPortal/Login) is used to download installers when setting up MEX for the rst time. It’s also the hub for MEX training. If you’re registered for training, sign in here to access Zoom or Teams links and training documents.

Your MEX System

Your actual MEX instance is different from the User Portal. Each company has its own MEX system URL, typically in the format COMPANYNAME.mex.com.au. If your MEX system is hosted by us, your company admin or IT personnel can help you and the correct URL and login information. MEX support can assist if you're unsure, but we always recommend reaching out to your internal MEX administrator first.

MEX Jira Support Portal

The MEX Jira Support Portal (https://mexservices.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) is where you can track your support tickets once you’ve submitted a query to support@mex.com.au

(mailto:support@mex.com.au). After your account is set up, we recommend using the Jira Portal for any further support queries. However, if you need assistance, you can always email support@mex.com.au (mailto:support@mex.com.au).

By understanding which portal to use, you can ensure smooth access to your MEX system and support resources.
