The Preventative Maintenance Scheduler

The Preventative Maintenance Scheduler is a tool that may be used to view and plan all routine maintenance jobs over a given time. It can be found by navigating to to the Preventative Maintenance module and selecting the Scheduler button located at the bottom of the screen.
 

Accessing the Preventative Maintenance Scheduler


The Preventative Maintenance Scheduler contains separate views can be navigated to using the selection at the bottom of the Page. Each of these views can have their displayed period altered utilising the Filter option.

These different views include:

The Timeline View

Any Assets that will have Work Orders generated for them by Preventative Maintenance will be listed in the schedule in a hierarchy-style view. The hierarchy can be expanded and collapsed by clicking on the icons next to the Assets.

Any Work Orders that will be generated by a Preventative Maintenance for the Asset will be displayed as an icon to the right of the Asset. The icon will be labelled according the the Frequency of the Preventative Maintenance.

The Listing View

The listing produced by the Scheduler displays all of the Work Orders that will be created by the Preventative Maintenance in the selected date range. It includes the estimated dates of creation, durations, manpower requirements and costs for each Work Order with totals being provided at the bottom of the list.

The Requested Spares View

This list contains all spares required for upcoming Work Orders to be created, as well as information such as the date they're required and how many are needed.

The Graphs View

Graphs for users to see statistics about their upcoming scheduled Work Orders in a convenient format. These Graphs include:

Number of Jobs per Month: The number of Work Orders due for each month.

Cost per Month: The sum of the estimated Labour, Material and Other costs for all Work Orders each month.

Man-Hours per Month: The sum of estimated man hours from all Trades assigned to Work Orders each month.

Parts Cost per Month: The sum of estimated Material costs for all Work Orders each month.
