If your MEX is hosted with us, we take nightly backups of your site and manage your server upgrades, memory and performance.
If you are hosted on your own server/ site premise, we would recommend scheduling/ having your IT schedule daily app pool recycles (to ensure all data is pushing through correctly) and backing up your data at least once weekly (though daily is ideal- we perform these for self-hosted clients out- of- hours).
