Mex Mobile Syncing Issues

If the user is experiencing syncing issues the below should resolve most issues.

Connect to the trial site (https://trial.mex.com.au)

In MEX Connection, set syncing to automatic.

Connect to the customer's site.

Open control files and edit mode while still in automatic syncing.

Switch to manual

Manual syncing from this point should be reliable, as long as they sync pretty often (at least every day or 2).

If you don’t open control files and edit mode while in automatic sync, security and system options do not sync properly.

Manual sync reduces the chances of duplicates from sync issues, automatic has fewer issues overall under the condition they always have good and consistent network access.
