MEX 16 app is the companion app to your MEX site on desktop. To start, you can download the MEX App for free, from the store on your mobile device. You'll see it as soon as you search for 'MEX 16 App' in the app, Android or Google stores.
You can access your MEX site on the phone either by:
- An Access code sent to you by your MEX Administrator in the Control Files>Security Users> section on your MEX desktop site. This is sent to the email address associated with the login, and all you need is to input the code you either text, email or give to the user directly (the code will appear after clicking ‘Generate Code’) and then type it into the app, or
- Via the browser option, where you can input the same MEX browser address you use to access MEX on desktop.
Have a play- you will be able to test and sync information between the app and your desktop MEX 16.
